My fitness journey began with a simple goal: to become a better version of myself.

Like many beginners, I focused on training harder, but I overlooked one of the most important aspects of progress: grip strength. Without realizing it, my grip was limiting my performance in many exercises.

As I gained experience, I discovered how important wrist straps could be.

I realized that when grip is no longer the limiting factor, you can focus more on the muscles you're actually trying to train. Better grip meant better workouts, more consistency, and better progress over time.

The lessons learned throughout my journey inspired me to share that knowledge with others.

But I noticed something else.

Most wrist straps looked exactly the same. The same colors. The same designs. The same generic products.

That's why ROUND was created.
